xx87 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "xx87" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to xx87.im and its operators, including all services, products, and features made available through the website.
• "Member" / "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the xx87 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Member on xx87.im.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within a Member's xx87 Account, net of any pending bets or bonus restrictions.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cashable promotional credits, free bets, or incentives awarded to a Member by xx87 under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Member must stake Bonus Funds before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by xx87 prior to approving withdrawals or investigating account issues.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory in which access to online gambling services is legally prohibited at the time of access.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on xx87 are denominated.

By accessing xx87.im, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the xx87 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use of xx87 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Access to and use of the xx87 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis for as long as you maintain an Account:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by xx87 or by any recognised gambling self-exclusion scheme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for the use of, any other person.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. xx87 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your eligibility at any time.

To access the full range of services offered by xx87, you must register a Member Account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual may register and hold only one Account on xx87. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device, IP address, or any combination thereof — constitutes a breach of these terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
• You must select a strong, unique password for your Account and must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• xx87 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.

xx87 does not share your registration data with third parties except as required for payment processing, fraud prevention, and KYC verification, as further described in the xx87 Privacy Policy.

xx87 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. The following applies to all Members:

• xx87 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address.
• Withdrawal requests above a threshold determined by xx87 at its discretion will require successful completion of the KYC process before funds are released.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
• All documentation submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with the xx87 Privacy Policy and is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

xx87 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, and to request additional documentation beyond the standard KYC requirements where circumstances warrant.

The following terms govern deposits made to xx87 Accounts:

• All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• xx87 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other methods as published on the Platform from time to time.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. xx87 does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.
• xx87 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any Account at its discretion, including for responsible gaming reasons. Members may also voluntarily set deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in their Account settings.
• xx87 does not accept deposits of funds derived from criminal activity. Any suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

The following terms govern withdrawal requests made by Members:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where this is technically not possible, in which case xx87 may approve an alternative method at its discretion.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are subject to limits published on the Platform.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to completion of any required KYC verification. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or public holidays.
• xx87 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Only the net winnings derived from qualifying wagering activity may be withdrawn, up to any applicable cap specified in the promotion terms.
• xx87 does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which xx87 bears no responsibility.

xx87 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to eligible Members. The following general terms apply to all xx87 promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. xx87 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the specified period.
• xx87 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, the use of minimal-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or any other form of exploitation — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

The following rules govern sports betting and other wagering activities on the xx87 Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. xx87 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors and to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds.
• Bets are only valid once confirmed with a unique bet reference number. Bets pending confirmation are not guaranteed and may be refused at xx87's discretion.
• In-play bets are subject to a slight delay between bet placement and acceptance. This delay is applied consistently and is not used to selectively refuse winning bets.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or voided after betting markets have opened, xx87 will apply the relevant void or settlement rules as published in the sport-specific betting rules available on the Platform.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your Account balance promptly following official result confirmation.
• xx87 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any selection or market at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that the integrity of an event may be compromised.

The following terms apply to all casino games available on the xx87 Platform, including slots, live dealer games, and table games:

• All casino games offered by xx87 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated by professional dealers. The fairness of all games is independently certified.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel. These are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game, the game engine will complete the round according to its programmed logic. The result of any such completed round is final.
• Any malfunction of casino game software or hardware voids all pays and plays for the affected round. xx87 will refund the relevant stake to the affected Member's Account.
• Progressive jackpot games may be subject to additional terms. Jackpot wins above a specified threshold are subject to manual verification before payment.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xx87 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, their balance frozen, and all winnings voided:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise manipulate the Platform's software, security systems, or game logic.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any game, including poker or live dealer games.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting xx87 support to resolve the dispute.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xx87 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the xx87 Platform — including but not limited to the xx87 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, images, software, audio and video content, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of xx87 or its licensed third-party content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from xx87.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.
• Using any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Framing or embedding the Platform or any part of it on any third-party website.

Unauthorised use of xx87 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence. xx87 will pursue all available legal remedies in the event of infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xx87 shall not be liable for any losses of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including losses arising from bets placed during periods of Platform disruption or delay.
• Loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profit, or any other indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Platform unavailability or interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or events outside xx87's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit xx87's liability for death or personal injury caused by xx87's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The xx87 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xx87 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose, or as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

xx87 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for harm associated with gambling activity. The following tools and policies form part of xx87's responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Requests to lower a limit take effect immediately; requests to raise a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automatic reminders that alert them when they have been logged in for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 5 years, or a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: The Platform displays regular on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during each session.

• The Member has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct on the Platform.
• The continuation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform, to other Members, or to xx87's compliance obligations.
• A law enforcement authority or regulatory body has directed xx87 to do so.

Upon termination of an Account, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the original payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting xx87 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

xx87 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, xx87 will provide reasonable notice to Members via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the xx87 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
